I think you popping up on Google when I was just about to google eye doctors for my yearly eye exams 😢is a divine intervention. I am working on my doctoral degree as well, and I am so happy to know that I am not the only person who gets sleepy studying at home. When I was in graduate school studying for my Master's, I had a list of places I would go to study to hide from my sister and my friends, and that really worked tor me. I graduated with a 4.0 GPA (A average). Now that I am trying to study at home and falling asleep, I believe GOD sent me your video basically telling me to get up and do the same thing I did during my Master's. Thank you for making this video because I also used to work out before or after classe, and I was an athlete, too. So, I will go, now, and like this video and subscribe to your channel.Thsnk you so much for motivating me. You can't just take plants to the UK from the US, you have to get a certificate. I was worried about you eating before your exam! I used to prepare for exam/deadline periods by getting in easy quick things to cook like packet rice, tofu, vegetables. These can all be thrown in a wok and cooked in a few minutes and you get a healthy meal. Makes a huge difference
